Information is given in good faith and as a lot of growers know, what works for us may not for you or your conditions or climate. To give you an idea of our conditions Temperature ranges from approx -5 to +40 Degrees. We do get normally a few frosts a year. Rain when it does happen we get falls up to 200mm in a day but we may go for 10weeks with no rain at all. Orchids in general do not like a lot of water and most first time growers tend to over water orchids with the same kindness as there other plants, Orchids are extremely rewarding and fun to grow, there are orchid varieties suited to all locations hot or cold. Orchids are easy to grow under a patio, veranda, shade house, under, near, in a tree and hanging baskets.
